I have been working with families as a birth doula since 2017 and for years before that, nourishing pregnant people as a personal chef, yoga teacher and placenta specialist. I approach my role as a doula with curiosity, connection and an understanding that each individual has the perfect tools for their own birth already inside them that will be revealed when they feel safe, seen and supported. I am currently working with families in and around the Eugene, Oregon area.

Payment plans and flexibility are available for those that need it. I accept PacificSource OHP and IHN insurance.
